Per-location reconciliation of SGA bridge against authoritative pacing source. April compares SGA [Gross Production] (pre-adjustment) against the Gen4 pacing file's Completed Production. May tracks Scheduled + Completed + Booked production across all SGA legacy companies.

Source & method

  • Production source (authoritative): data-inbox/April Pacing - Gen4.xlsx → Completed Production. SGA side uses [Gross Production] (pre-adjustment) for like-for-like.
  • Other metric columns (Collections / New Patients / Days Open / Visits): sourced from the Gen4 PBI dataset for context. These have known definitional gaps (e.g., Visits = transaction Visit-Id distinct vs. appointment-ID distinct).
  • Crosswalk: pacing's Practice column ↔ SGA Practices[Location Name] via SGA Location Mapping.xlsx; Gen4 PBI joined via master-lookup.json.

Definition

  • Completed = [Gross Production] for May 1 through today. Same definition used in the April validation.
  • Scheduled = SUM(SAP_Cleaned_FullLoad_Output[estimated_amount]) where Deduced_Status = "Scheduled" and the appointment date is between tomorrow and May 31.
  • Booked = Completed + Scheduled. Once the month closes, Scheduled converts to Completed (the May Booked total should equal May Completed at month-end).
  • Covers all SGA legacy companies (SGA, Gen4, Modis, etc.). The Gen4 pacing file is not yet available for May — when it is, the same April reconciliation workflow will run automatically.
