SGA → Gen4 PBI Validation

Validation notes

• Crosswalk method: authoritative join via SGA Location Mapping.xlsx (Practices.Location Name column matches Gen4 Locations[Practice] verbatim) backed by master-lookup.json. Gen4 locations resolve to a SGA Practice Code via exact name match — no fuzzy approximation.
• Metric pairing: Production = SGA [Gross Production] ↔ Gen4 [Net Production] (Gen4's "Production" measure). Other metrics use base-table aggregations described in each KPI tile.
• Filter: the table and totals only include practices with non-zero data on both sides. SGA-only and Gen4-only practices are surfaced separately.
• Visits reconcile via different shapes — SGA DISTINCTCOUNT(Transactions[Visit Id]) vs Gen4 DISTINCTCOUNT(Appointments[ID]). Treat the gap as a known definitional caveat.
• Negative Gen4 production: some practices show negative Gen4 Production for April. This typically means deletions/adjustments exceeded completions for that location-month — investigate whether those practices were sold, transferred, or had a backdated cleanup.
