SGA → Gen4 PBI Validation

Validation notes

• Crosswalk method: token-overlap on practice/legal-entity name (no shared key field exists between the two datasets). 91 of 98 Gen4 locations matched on a distinctive 4+-char token; the remaining 7 are listed below for manual review.
• Gen4 measure substitutions: Net Production is the named PBI measure on both sides. Gross Production on Gen4 is computed as completed_production + Deleted Production from the Production fact (no named measure exposed). Collections on Gen4 is SUM(Collections[collection_amt]) × −1; on SGA it is the registry's payment-type sum from Transactions.
• Definitional flag: SGA Net Production is +23.6% vs Gen4, but SGA Gross Production is −13.6% vs Gen4. The cross-direction divergence implies different deletion / adjustment conventions between the two pipelines, not a row-count delta. This is the highest-priority finding.
• Visits reconcile via different shapes — SGA via DISTINCTCOUNT(Transactions[Visit Id]), Gen4 via DISTINCTCOUNT(Appointments[ID]). The −12.9% gap is partly definitional. Treat as a known caveat, not a bug.
